Descobrindo a Ilha Esmeralda/Discovering Emerald Isle

“It was a cold Winter morning and the thick low fogg would not let see the road. Aine walked briskly. That area had a reputation for being enchanted...stories were told...desapearings...strange voices...uncommon sounds...some had actually returned but refused to speak a word...it was said there was a portal to the land of the Tuatha De...it was said that beautiful fairies cast spells upon men and that the women entering the portal never wanted to return...this was one more Irish mistery...”

Leaving Dublin we will go across 3 Counties: Donegal, Sligo and Galway, in search for the sacred misteries of the Emerald Isle, land of the Tuatha De, of the Sidhe, of Elves and Fairies.

Newgrange, Giant´s Causeway, Hill of Tara, the National Parks of Connamara and Glencolumcille await us on the way.

In the midst of thick woods and magical ruins, we will cast enchantments, we will dance with the Fairies and the Elves of the forrest, we will dwell in the midst of the Irish folk tales.
With luck, perhaps on a morning like the one in Aine’s story, we encounter Driely, mother of the Tuatha De, who tours us to her magical realm and introduce us to her people.

Soft beds on enchanted Castles will watch over our dreams after having feasted ourselves over the wonderfull Irish cooking on some local Pub mingling with the locals.
There will be Guiness, plenty to go around, for those who like good Beer, or a refreshing Green Lemonade for those who don’t. But above all else, there will be a wonderfully magical world waiting to meet us..

And...if on the following morning your new irish friend tells you: - “There was great craic (pronounced crack) last night" , smile since he has just expressed how happy he is to have met you.
